Website privacy and service privacy
For information about privacy when using Dardi’s services, read Your privacy or speak with the team.
Information collected through the website
The general enquiry form asks for your name, email address, topic and message. A phone number is optional. Please avoid including sensitive personal, health or family information. Optional Google Analytics on the public website will measure visits to selected public pages and clicks on venue websites, venue email links, the training contact pathway and general office contact links. It uses cookie identifiers and website usage information; it will not receive form contents, searches, referral information or Quick Exit actions.
How information is used and shared
Use general enquiries for brief questions about Dardi. For referrals or complaints, follow the relevant pathway and ask how to share information safely. If you allow Analytics on the public website, usage information will be sent to Google to help Dardi understand and improve the website. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. Support, referral, program, rights and resource pages are excluded from this measurement. Google may process information outside Australia.
Storage, security and retention
Contact Dardi to ask where enquiry information is kept, who can access it and how long it is retained. The browser will remember your analytics choice for six months. Analytics cookies will be set for up to six months; user-level and event-level retention in Analytics is set to two months, while aggregated reports may remain available for longer.
Your choices, access and concerns
Analytics will stay off until you choose Allow analytics. Choosing Decline analytics leaves the whole website available. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing permission stops future collection in this browser and removes this site's Analytics cookies; it does not erase information already received by Google. Contact Dardi with questions about personal information connected with this website, including access or correction.
